Payment Policies

RESERVATIONS MADE IN SPRING/SUMMER 2007
Reservations can be made in the spring/summer of 2008 without payment for shows listed in the 2008-2009 season lineup. Reservations will be held without payment or purchase order until SEPTEMBER 15. After SEPTEMBER 15, ALL UNCONFIRMED ORDERS WILL BE CANCELLED.

RESERVATIONS MADE AFTER SEPTEMBER 15, 2007
• Credit cards will be charged at time of reservation. A purchase order number can be used but must be given at time of making reservation. No exceptions will be made.

• COMPLETE PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED 15 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER MAKING RESERVATION OR RESERVATION WILL BE CANCELLED.

• Numerical changes must be received NO LATER than 14 days prior to show date.
No changes may be made after that date.

• NO credits or refunds will be issued for unused seats on the day of the show.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

• Payment types accepted: Check, Cash, Money Order, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

• Checks and money orders should be made payable to: Victoria Theatre Association Discovery Series, 138 North Main Street, Dayton, OH 45402. When paying by check, payment must be received as ONE check – not multiple.

• ONCE FULL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED, YOUR TICKET WILL ARRIVE IN THE MAIL. TICKET MUST BE PRESENTED AT ARRIVAL IN ORDER TO BE ADMITTED TO THE PERFORMANCE.

• Those who experience a SCHOOL DELAY or WEATHER CANCELLATION will have the option of exchanging into another performance (pending availability) or receiving a full refund.

• Ticket buyers with outstanding balances from previous seasons will NOT be permitted to place any orders until all outstanding fees are paid in full.

• Ticket buyers are allotted one free adult ticket for every 10 student tickets purchased (this applies to schools as well as home educators).
NO EXCEPTIONS!

• LATECOMERS will not be seated in their assigned seats if it will disturb the performers and/or audience.
